Join us for this Halloween costume prep party! All guests will learn the basics of foamsmithing to create a custom shield.

These shields are completely customizable and can be painted to match any costume—whether it's Elsa from "Frozen," a Ninja Turtle, or a Marvel character. It's a fun way to dive into the world of costume-making!

Join us Monday, October 7th for this "Intro to Foamsmithing Workshop" by expert cosplayer @makerfishmeal here at Makers Social in the Franklinton Arts District.

This event is kid-friendly for ages 8 and up, but all children must be accompanied by an adult, as sharp tools will be used during the crafting process.

Experience is not necessary, all are welcome!
